Privacy Policy

Effective date: March 10, 2026  ·  Dashe Agency

This Privacy Policy explains how Dashe (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our website (dashe.dev), dashboard (dashboard.dashe.dev), and related services. By using any Dashe service you agree to this Policy.

1. Data We Collect

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number when you book a call or sign up
  • Property listing information (address, photos, price, features, MLS data)
  • Voice recordings (for voice cloning services, with explicit consent)
  • Social media handles, Calendly links, and brokerage details
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never store raw card data)

Information collected automatically:

  • Dashboard usage data (pages visited, features used, pipeline job history)
  • IP address, browser type, and device information for security and analytics
  • Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights data (aggregated, anonymised) on dashe.dev

Information from third parties:

  • Authentication data from Clerk (user ID, email, sign-in timestamps)
  • Social media account metadata when you connect Instagram or Facebook

2. How We Use Your Data

We use collected data to:

  • Deliver and operate the Services described in your plan
  • Generate AI content (scripts, captions, videos) using your listing data as input
  • Send operational communications (invoice receipts, approval requests, job notifications)
  • Send marketing communications if you have opted in (you can opt out at any time)
  • Improve our pipeline accuracy and service quality using anonymized, aggregated usage data
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your listing data to train AI models or share it with any party outside of the third-party services required to deliver your Services.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in the following systems: Supabase (PostgreSQL database — client profiles, job records, email lists, campaign data), Cloudflare R2 (object storage — uploaded images, generated videos, audio files, PDFs), and Clerk (authentication records).

All data at rest is encrypted. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher. Client social API keys (Meta tokens, etc.) stored in your dashboard settings are encrypted using AES-256 before being written to the database and are never returned in plaintext via any API endpoint.

Access to your data within the dashboard is scoped to your account — no other client can access your listings, jobs, or settings. Admin access is restricted to Dashe personnel with a legitimate operational need.

4. Third-Party Services

To deliver our Services, your data is processed by the following third parties. Each has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data:

  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI script, caption, and classification generation. Your listing data is sent to Anthropic’s API and is subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • ElevenLabs — Voiceover synthesis and voice cloning. Voice data handling is subject to their Privacy Policy.
  • Deepgram — Audio transcription for timestamp generation.
  • Runway — Cinematic video generation. Images are sent to Runway’s API for Autonomous Brand and Shadow Founder plans.
  • Bannerbear — Carousel image generation from listing data.
  • Resend — Email delivery for campaigns and transactional notifications.
  • Stripe — Payment processing. We do not store payment card data.
  • Clerk — User authentication and session management.
  • Meta (Instagram / Facebook) — Social publishing and DM automation, using tokens you connect via your dashboard settings.
  • Vercel — Hosting and edge delivery. Aggregate, anonymized analytics only.

5. Data Retention

  • Active accounts: All data is retained while your account is active.
  • After cancellation: Content deliverables and listings data are available for export for 30 days post-termination. After 30 days, data is deleted from production systems.
  • Backups: Encrypted backups may retain data for up to 90 days after deletion from production, after which they are purged.
  • Voice clone assets: Deleted within 30 days of account termination.
  • Invoice and payment records: Retained for 7 years for legal and accounting compliance.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Access — Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • Correction — Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Deletion — Request deletion of your personal data (subject to our retention obligations)
  • Portability — Request an export of your data in a machine-readable format
  • Opt-out — Opt out of marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us
  • Restriction — Request that we restrict processing of your data in certain circumstances

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@dashe.dev. We will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

dashe.dev uses minimal cookies — only those strictly necessary for site functionality and analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking cookies. The dashboard (dashboard.dashe.dev) uses session cookies to maintain your authenticated state via Clerk.

Our analytics (Vercel Analytics) are privacy-first and do not use cookies — they collect only aggregated, anonymized page view data. No personal identifiers are stored in analytics.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Services are intended for real estate professionals and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, contact us immediately at privacy@dashe.dev and we will delete it.

9. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days’ notice before taking effect. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
